This is the YUMMIEST most FATTENING salad dressing you can make...Ya Gotta Try It!!
what you need:
3 slices of bacon
two hard-boiled eggs
half a cup of vidalia onion salad dressing
3 tablespoons vinegar (any kind)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 Chicken Breasts
3 cups of Leafy Spinach
choice of vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes)
Rinse the lettuce and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the vegetables and toss them with the lettuce into a large bowl. Season the chicken and cook it any way you like. (you may even use already-made rotisserie chicken from the grocery store)
To make dressing: sautee bacon in frying pan until it is browned on both sides. Now, here comes the evil part: Pour the bacon fat into a small pot over medium heat and set the bacon strips aside. To the bacon fat, add vidalia onion salad dressing, oil, and vineger. When the bacon has cooled, crumble it into the mixture. Keep on low heat until ready to serve. Just before you serve it, mix chicken strips, veggies, sliced eggs, and dressing in with the salad mix and toss well.
