Neil Diamond's
Live In America

Synopsis
: The King of Pop Rocks, blows away the crowd with his stellar performance from his glory days on two, count them two, CDs.

Brothy's Favorite Track : Its hard to pick but I would have to say it is either his impromptu rendition of Havah Nagilah or Forever In Blue Jeans

Brothy's Least Favorite Track : You Don't Bring Me Flowers - He tries and fails to sing both his part and Barbra Streisand's. A for effort, but still an F for the result.

Brothy's Opinion in a Nutshell :

This recording is a must have for anyone who loves to listen to the golden tones of the King. So much better than the King of Rock n Roll (Elvis) or the King of Pop (Michael Jackson) or even the Queen of Soul (Aretha), Neil Diamond is an entire Royal court packed into tight blue jeans. In his live performance it is obvious he loves what he does and does what he loves and we love him right back for it. Check out all the great tracks that you probably forgot were written by him: America, Hello Again, Kentucky Woman, You Got to Me, Cherry Cherry, I'm A Believer, Sweet Caroline, Love On The Rocks, Missa, Soolaimon, Holly Holy, And the Grass Won't Pay No Mind, You Don't Bring Me Flowers, September Morn, Havah Nagilah, Solitary Man, Hooked On The Memory Of You, Lady Oh, Beautiful Noise, Play Me, Up On The Roof, You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling, River Deep/Mountain High, I (who have nothing), Red Red Wine, Song Sung Blue, Forever In Blue Jeans, Heartlight, Cracklin' Rosie, I Am. I Said, Crunchy Granola Suite, Brother Loves Travelin'/ Salvation Show

Check out all the Gold records on the list. This is the best album money can buy (except for the 8 records that made it ahead of this one on my list).
